About

I am originally from Knoxville, Tennessee and have been thrilled to call New York City home for the last 6 years. I studied Theatre and Psychology at Southern Methodist University, and obtained my masters in Social Work from The University of Tennessee. I work with adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder. I am certified in trauma treatment, and my work with clients seeks to help them gain new perspectives on current and traumatic past experiences impacting how they perceive the world. Additionally, I incorporate embodiment, somatic practices, CBT, DBT, and ACT models in my work with clients.
