The psychic wounding left from feeling unseen, unheard, or unsafe in the spaces meant to hold us with care can be profound and run deep. I work with a range of experiences, but feel particularly called to support those navigating the lasting impact of relational trauma, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and complex family systems.
