Trauma impacts every area of our lives, often leaving us overwhelmed and exhausted in our attempt to restore what has been lost. Healing begins when we lean into the hurt; engaging our body, and patiently remaining in the spaces within us that need comfort, understanding, and care. In our sessions together, we will work to create containment for the present, healing for the past, and hope for the future. This means developing the skills and tools needed to begin processing what has created the fear, hurt, anger, and sadness in your life, and cultivate in it's place hope, wholeness, peace, and healing.
