If you're feeling disconnected or struggling with relationships or daily life, know you're not alone. Many of the people I work with have experienced childhood trauma, neglect, emotional abuse, or moments of feeling detached, distant, or “checked out” from themselves or the world. Healing doesn’t have to be faced alone—it’s okay to show up just as you are, with all the complexities that come with it. Together, we’ll explore what feels overwhelming, slowly and expansively, allowing space for healing at your own pace.
