I specialize in working with men, providing strategies to break old patterns of thinking and acting. Many of the men I have worked with have struggled with anger, sometimes leading to challenging outbursts like yelling, name calling, swearing, pushing and sometimes hitting. Often my clients have struggled to be vulnerable with others, including their children and spouses, despite wanting to be close with their loved ones. Many of my clients have struggled to identify the root causes of these challenges and are looking for ways to connect deeply but don't know where to begin.
