As a clinician I love working with teens, adults and those who have lived experience (older adults). I find working with those living with mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety or abuse and trauma to be an opportunity to partner with those who are experts in their own lives. This means I believe those I work with know what goals make sense for them and we are partnering to accomplish those outcomes together exploring their strengths and using logical evidence-based practices.
