Hi there, and welcome! I'm Julia, and I specialize in trauma and abuse recovery using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), with a special focus on narcissistic abuse recovery. While EMDR is my main therapeutic tool, I use a variety of creative, integrative interventions that I tailor to each client to help with trauma processing and symptom resolution while we prepare you for the eye movements that are characteristic of EMDR work. For those who are/were involved with a narcissist, I am experienced in helping clients recover, leave, or learn to make the best of narcissistic relationships.
