Hello and welcome. Life and relationships can be challenging and even overwhelming at times. Feeling connected and grounded inside ourselves is an important part of coping well with difficulties, making better choices, building the relationships we want, and of healing past abuse and hurtful experiences. I use trauma-informed EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, somatic, and attachment-based approaches. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process focused on empowering people to make the changes they desire.
