I am currently accepting new clients! When we accept ourselves we can more fully connect with others and enjoy being present in our daily lives. Would you like to treat yourself with loving kindness? I enjoy working with adult abuse survivors to develop self-compassion and explore issues related to childhood and relational trauma.
