The relationship and a heart based connection to my clients is paramount. All parts are welcome and met with non-judgement. I honour one’s wisdom and support people in finding their own medicine in healing. I look at healing through the lens of the medicine wheel and the continual finding of balance in one’s mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional. I have extensive experience in supporting all ages of people in healing from trauma, sexual abuse, sexually acting out behaviors, family violence, parenting, addictions, depression and anxiety.
