I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience treating and helping people struggling in relationships. My therapeutic style is an eclectic approach based on the individual needs of my clients, utilizing Attachment Theories, Self Compassion work and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I specialize in treating attachment issues, relational problems, post partum adjustment, imposter syndrome, anxiety/depression, and Trauma. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other neurodivergences.
