My name is Jennifer Knox, and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly a decade of experience. I specialize in working with adults healing from interpersonal trauma, including emotionally abusive or controlling relationships. My clients are often insightful and self-aware, but still struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, or ways of coping that once felt necessary but now hold them back. They long to feel grounded, trust their inner voice, and move through life with more clarity and confidence. Many come to therapy knowing something needs to shift — even if they’re not sure where to begin.
