Hey! I'm Jenn, your approachable, welcoming, and nonjudgemental counsellor. I believe that the counselling space should be safe enough to allow for vulnerability, but also comfortable enough to share a laugh together! Clients who are the best fit for me are those who are motivated to be cycle breakers and have awareness about what they want differently for their lives. They likely have some flavour as neurodivergence (as I do too!), and don't see themselves as broken but perhaps under-resourced. They approach the counselling space honestly and can unmask and be real with themselves, even if it's for the first time ever.
