My current clientele are both youth and adults, particularly those who have survived trauma and abuse, whether one-time experiences, or over months or years. I have found particular success in working with young clients who self-harm as a result of dealing with trauma. My clinical goal is for each of us to better understand trauma's effects on their particular behaviours and outlook on life, and then to develop, together, practical solutions to deal with those effects, allow them to move forward in their lives.
