I offer a welcoming, gentle, non-judgmental, and affirming space for clients to feel comfortable sharing in. I approach counselling through an intersectional lens to understand how people are impacted by societal structures throughout their lives. My extensive experience includes working with youth, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, survivors of violence and those with ADHD, autism, chronic pain, and disabilities/chronic illness. I work collaboratively with clients to support them while they are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. I work with adults, youth, children, couples and families.
