If you are a woman struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma, I am here to help! My work holistically centers the needs of women who realize that they have been negatively impacted by experiences from childhood, family relationships, intimate partner relationships, and grief and loss. These experiences can lead to addictions, and other ways of coping that compromise mental health and well-being. I take pride in journeying along side my clients in a supportive and compassionate way. I take a non judgemental approach as we work together towards your overall increased experience of well being.
