I have over 30 years of experience working arduously with people of all ages on issues from child abuse and trauma, marriage & families, adult trauma/grief to coaching professionals to achieve their greatest potential. I have a passion for assisting those who want to be rid of long-held negative beliefs, baggage from childhood trauma, first responder trauma, and want to live a life free of obstacles that are no longer necessary nor helpful to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.
