Special interest and training in developmental/complex trauma. I enjoy working with older teens and college-aged/young adults, as well as adults of all ages. Attachment-based; somatically and psychodynamically oriented. Family systems, developmental theory. Strengths based. Mindfulness skills. Focus is on the present, informed by the past, with the goal of greater integration and movement towards a more regulated, satisfying, vital and creative life. Presenting issues may include trauma; post partum depression; family of origin/relational issues; parenting; grief & loss; developmental transitions through adolescence into adulthood.
