The stress of everyday life can often feel overwhelming to us, creating confusion and fear. I believe that our early relationships and past experiences offer the key that can unlock the mysteries of why we often feel at odds with the world around us. I also believe the body and brain hold onto traumatic events and affect our current functioning.
