Hello, I am experienced working with clients around a variety of issues including depression, social isolation, anxiety, trauma, aging, chronic pain, illness, abuse, numerous mental health concerns, brain injuries and relationship concerns. I consider myself "client centered" and collaborative in my approach to the therapy relationship. Having said that I also believe that clients sometimes feel lost and look to a therapist to find their path again. A therapist assists the client in finding their way forward.
