Hello, I believe in meeting people where they are in their life journey. From that starting point, I take time to understand where they want to go and offer tools and options to help deal with barriers in their way. As a nonbinary person with experience in community-based anti-violence services, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to my work. I’ve supported people with complex life challenges including domestic violence and assault, homelessness, substance use, and child apprehension. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and neurodivergence.
