I am committed to helping individuals reach whatever goals they have coming into therapy. I believe in working with my client to develop a plan for reaching these goals. I look forward to having a collaborative relationship with my clients and helping them on their journey through counseling. I have experience working with youth, particularly those who have been through severe sexual and physical abuse, and also those living in foster care. I also have worked with individual adults and couples. I enjoy working with a range of individuals and helping everyone to reach whatever goals they may have.
