Welcome — I’m so happy you’re here! Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stretched too thin in your day to day as a parent, caregiver, youth or support person? You don’t have to carry it all alone. I offer a warm and compassionate space for individuals navigating stress, exhaustion, and the emotional weight of caregiving, as well as relationships, whether at home, at work, or in personal relationships. I specialize in supporting those with attachment trauma and early emotional wounds, and I take a person-centred, trauma-informed approach. I believe that healing happens in safe, connected relationships.
