I work with post-trauma injuries that are accumulated over time. My specialty is treating post-trauma injuries (PTSD) that are accumulated over multiple incidents seen within first responder populations such as police, RCMP, Canadian Forces and health care professionals. I also work with survivors of childhood trauma. If you are experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, agoraphobia, hyper-vigilance, intrusive thoughts or images, I use EMDR to treat these symptoms. Sometimes, my clients need a safe place to understand what has happened to them. If that's you I am here to listen.
