Trauma leaves a mark, but so does healing. The anxiety, numbness, hyper-independence, or overwhelm you may be feeling didn’t come out of nowhere. They’re your nervous system’s way of protecting you. These patterns often begin as survival strategies, and were necessary, but over time, they can start to feel like barriers to the connection, safety, and trust you deserve. In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface. We’ll create space for the parts of you that had to be hidden, the emotions that never felt welcome, and the stories your body holds.
