Hi, I’m Carly. I work with adults and mature minors around trauma, identity, and relationships. It's normal to grapple with confusion around your identity and past after trauma. I help people build a sense of safety, mourn their experience, and reconstruct a sense of self. Our experiences leave marks on our relationships, and we can often see ourselves reflected in them. Maybe we're having a hard time being vulnerable with a partner or feeling easily triggered by a family member. We can let these moments guide us to the parts of ourselves that need tending to and explore them together.
