I have experience supporting individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, low self-worth, and substance use. Additionally, I have specialized training in supporting those impacted by sexual violence. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, realistic approaches to mental health treatment. I firmly believe in normalizing the human experience and working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their goals.
