I'm a therapist for attachment trauma - my practice specializes in working with individuals who tend to experience messy, unfulfilling patterns in their relationships. This may be a result of trauma in your upbringing, or in relational wounds as an adult. Many of my clients seek therapy due to either difficult relationship patterns or trouble with getting their needs met. This impacts our ability to trust others, have confidence in ourselves, and to ask for what we truly need. My focus is on restoring self-confidence, making relationships easier, and getting you un-stuck.
