The focus of sessions is non-judgmental learning about oneself and the world around you. I am an empathetic and open-minded clinician, striving to meet my clients where they are, build trust, and maintain a safe environment. I am experienced and passionate about working with teens and adults with various forms of trauma, and understanding how this trauma is expressed through challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, etc. I additionally utilize SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) for families impacted by anxiety and OCD.
