I am here to support you with healing the wounds of your past, stepping more fully into your power, and living a life that is closely aligned with your values. I have extensive experience working with people with trauma histories and I am trained in EMDR along with a variety of other approaches to support trauma healing. I focus on helping people identify and build on their existing strengths to experience more worthiness and empowerment in their lives. I am offering both in-person and online sessions at this time.
