I have a passion to empower others and share a wealth of skills and tools I have learned throughout my own life and education. I want to help each client create a positive, hopeful and fulfilling life. As a registered Social Worker, I have over 10 years of professional experience working with all age groups. My work includes providing different therapies including CBT, DBT, Solution-focused and Client-centered therapy in a Trauma Focused environment. I have also helped clients work through grief and loss, and I believe I am a provider of hope and comfort.
