Hello, my name is Ayako Mori and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have worked with children, teens, families, and individuals for over 15 years. I am bilingual in Japanese. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specializing in depression, anxiety, DV issues, grief, and trauma and I use a mindfulness approach to assist my clients with developing effective coping skills. I am also a yoga instructor and utilize a mind-and-body relationship approach.
