Grief and loss, childhood emotional neglect, domestic violence, and many other challenges and transitions in life affect how we see ourselves and the world we live in. It can lead to powerlessness, hopelessness, unspeakable pain and suffering, shame, emotional upheavals, and/or loss of sense of security. Yet all we seek is the ability to find peace, acceptance, and a strong connectivity with ourselves that lead to better connections with others. We want to be able to clear our view to ultimately see our deeper and meaningful purpose in life. I believe we have the innate capacity to achieve these.
