I am a trauma-informed therapist and believe in a person-centered approach to therapy and meeting you where you are at is key. I come from a former career in public service and while doing this work, I found a passion working with folks effected by trauma. As Carl Rogers suggests, we all have the inherent capacity to fulfill our own potential and in doing so, can find joy and meaning in life.
