I am a Registered Psychologist passionate about helping couples and individuals. I Specialize in Couples therapy, and Trauma Therapy, while treating many other mental health needs. As a Psychologist I focus on earning your trust to understand your personal needs, then provide science supported therapies that assist you to your goals. My goal is that each client leaves my office feeling supported, hopeful, and with a plan to accomplish their goals. Both couples struggles and Traumatic stress disorders can often feel hopeless, but in my experience with proper support and commitment growth is always within reach.
