The world offers many challenges, many responsibilities, sometimes it can feel overwhelming. I think of Life as an ocean, and our emotions, experiences and processes as waves. Sometimes the tide laps our toes, and we can breathe deeply, but other times the waves are so tumultuous it feels like we could be swallowed up. Big waves are much easier to face with support, someone who offers presence, bearing witness to our pain. Sometimes we simply need an extra hand for steadiness to help us get back up. It can feel difficult to ask for help, and to trust another. The journey is yours, and I am honored to support you on that journey.
