"My case was straightforward, with very little pushback from the other party. My main concern was billing, as routine emails sometimes felt a bit high and a few could have been combined. Madison was thorough and very dedicated throughout the process. Even though I was personally frustrated that the court focuses more on procedures and finances than the mental and emotional impact of a situation, I’d definitely recommend this firm."

"I called and made an appointment, a couple days later I get a call saying this law firm doesn't handle enforcement of a family court order and they canceled my appointment. Seriously. Having to file to enforce a court order happens frequently so makes me wonder just what this firm does do. If your looking to get a divorce and may need your order enforced at some point I definitely would find a law firm who can do that and not use this firm. I guess if you have a simple cheaper divorce to handle with no kids, no property to distribute or other assets maybe they can help. Not sure why they even advertise these services on their site."

"I am surprised how responsive and cooperative they are. I did not expect anything could change after my case was completed and I got my security deposit. I replaced my previous comment so that it won’t misleading. They are very good in their legal service. "He was incorrect about everything he told me every step of the way. 1 count of driving while prohibited. And I ended up in jail for it. Kept emailing him about an issue concerning another detail on my driving record that he NEVER did answer me on. He waited till sentencing day while I was in court to deal with getting my meds while I was in jail via text. Extremely unprofessional. Worst of it all is while we were waiting for sentencing (4 months) he told me that time would be going towards my new one year driving while prohibited charge. Only to find out it in fact did not. Unreliable, unprofessional."

"I recently engaged Collins Law Group to set up a trust for my nearly 80-year-old mother, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We were drawn to Collins because they are female-owned, and I hoped to provide my very detail-oriented mother with a positive experience. However, we were disappointed with both the legal customer service and the final product. The trust documents we received were confusing and difficult to navigate. When we sought clarification and a checklist to ensure we had covered all our bases, getting clear answers proved impossible. This lack of support was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, while we understand the importance of timely payments, Collins Law Group gave us less than two days to review invoices before charging my mother's credit card. This felt rushed and inconsiderate. To add to our disappointment, Collins Law Group was unable to provide witnesses for the trust signing, forcing my mother to bring a friend to fulfill this requirement. If you are looking for compassionate and supportive Elder Law services, I would recommend looking elsewhere."
